Upgrade Policy

When Radvision begins to ship the latest version of a software product, a product upgrade may be made available to customers who have an active Maintenance Support Contract. This is one of the many benefits of the Maintenance Support Program. Please contact Technical Support for more details.

Radvision's Click to Meet Products operate based on license keys released with each version. Without valid license keys, software installation will not be complete.
Example: You own version 1.0 and wish to upgrade to version 2.0

If you wish to upgrade, and require new license keys issued, please complete and submit the Upgrade Request Form below. You will be issued new license keys within 72 hours, and receive further instructions.

If You Have Valid License Keys:

If you already have valid license keys for the version of software you wish to download, please visit our download center. Remember, without valid license keys, downloaded software cannot be installed successfully.
Example: You already own version 2.0 but need to re-install.
